Happy Gai Tihar (Atom Heart mother, Pink Floyd)
The Cow on the picture is from the Cover art of Pink Floyd's Atom Heart Mother album. Gai tihar is the hindu Festival when Hindus Worship cow as symbol of goddess Laxmi on the third day of Tihar festival.
